The certification deadline is Friday, July 25th! *NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL TEAMS MUST BE COMPLETELY CERTIFIED BEFORE THIS DEADLINE *
If your team has already been certified this year you must contact me via email (graphics@njbl.org OR dfoley@njbl.org) to let me know which tournament or league you were certified for so I can track down the records. * I cannot carry over certification from winter divisional players… only winter all-net, spring, summer and fall all-net and pervious 2007/08 tournament certification can be carried over. All other teams must be certified before the deadline.* ALL REGISTERED TEAMS MUST HAVE THEIR TEAM PHOTO AND ROSTER ON THE WEBSITE! HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS: If you are a high school division team, you do NOT need to submit birth certificates/report cards for certification. You DO need to have a team photo and roster on the website. When you login to upload your roster and photo, PLEASE CHECK THE TEAM DETAILS TAB TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE SIGNED UP IN THE CORRECT DIVISION! If you realize that you have signed up in the wrong division AFTER the schedules have been published, we will NOT be able to make any changes and you will have to play in the division you have been scheduled. If you have any special scheduling requests, please EMAIL them to Certification Information: You are required to be certified! Do not wait until the last minute! HOW TO CERTIFY YOUR TEAM: NOTICE: We will be enforcing all of the following below. If you need help certifying, please call us 7 days prior to the event! We are unable to help you if you wait until the last moment as we will be scheduling games! NO EXCEPTIONS! Absent of certification or pulling out of tournament after the deadline does not qualify you for a refund! 1. You are required to fill out your tournament team roster online with NJB, after you have registered your team and paid! 2. All team roster MUST be accompanied by a team picture! It is a simple and easy to do! You simply login after your registered and follow the directions to upload a team photo! You should have always have a current team photo. NO PLAYERS will be allowed to participate without being in the team picture! 3. All Players MUST present a current report card or a birth certificate for qualification for their division! The age cut-off dates are as follows: Boys Cutoff - September 1, 2008 Girls Cutoff - January 1, 2008 4. All player documents must be finalized and in the NJB office 7 days prior to the event. Please send or bring NJB HQ a copy of the records for each player! All players must be certified before the event begins! Please do not fax any documents to NJB Headquarters without prior consent! ________________________________________ Players ONLY need to be certified one time during the year. The team picture with online roster will be certified and sealed by NJB Headquarters only. You will receive your certified team picture/roster prior to the event. Team pictures will be good at any NJB tournament for the season. If you are not sure, please contact us! The game referees will check all team certified picture/roster prior to each contest. Make sure you bring your documents to all games. Any changes to your certified team roster during the season will require your team to re-certify and present a new team picture online! NO EXCEPTIONS! NJB WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO CERTIFY YOUR TEAM. WE WANT THE PLAYERS TO PARTICIPATE. BUT, WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY CHEATERS AT OUR EVENTS! PLEASE REGISTER AND CERTIFY IN A TIMELY FASHION.
